Privacy policy

This site is designed to work with as little personal data as possible: no user accounts, no newsletter, no advertising trackers, and — at the time of writing — no analytics platform. This page explains the little that does happen with data when you browse bestwhatsappcrm.com.

Who is responsible

What we process, and why

Hosting logs

The site is hosted on Vercel (Vercel Inc.). Like any web host, Vercel processes technical request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL — in short-lived server logs, for security and operations. We don't use this data to identify visitors. See Vercel's privacy policy.

The CRM Assistant (chat)

When you type a question into the assistant on our homepage, the text of your message is sent to our server to generate a recommendation. When the AI feature is enabled, your message is forwarded to Anthropic (the provider of the Claude model) to produce the answer; see Anthropic's privacy policy. We don't store your chat messages in any database of ours, and we don't link them to your identity. Please don't type personal data (yours or anyone else's) into the chat — it isn't needed to get a recommendation.

Local preferences

We use your browser's localStorage to remember one thing: your light/dark theme choice. This never leaves your device. We set no advertising or profiling cookies.

External and affiliate links

The site links to third-party websites (CRM vendors, Trustpilot, official WhatsApp/Meta pages). Some links are affiliate links: if you sign up after clicking, we may earn a commission at no cost to you. Once you leave this site, the destination's own privacy policy applies — third parties may know you arrived from our link.

Legal bases and your rights

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for security logging and on your action of using the chat for processing chat messages. You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Given how little we hold, the fastest route for any request is an email to hello@bestwhatsappcrm.com.

Children

This site addresses businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly process their data.

Changes

If we add tools that change what data is processed (for example, an analytics platform), we will update this page and its date before doing so.
